Located in beautiful Lancaster County PA. in the town of New Holland. As a company we have been in business for 6 year providing employee benefits for small business to large companies.

Dave, has been in the insurance industry for 19 years starting out selling life insurance for Franklin Life Ins. in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area. Then went on to be an independent agent for Aflac Ins. During his carrier with Aflac, he was a District Sales Coordinator, a Regional Sales Coordinator and the State Sales Trainer. In 2003 Dave and two others decided to offer other benefits to their clients and started ARS Solutions, Inc.


Tom Scarsella has been in the insurance industry for over 6 years. He got his start with Aflac as well being recruited by Dave. Tom came to Aflac from the medical industry. With Aflac, Tom was a successful agent and District Sales Coordinator before being approached to become a partner with ARS Solutions a year after starting.

Today, Dave and Tom split the duties of running the agency, Dave handling the Administrative side including quoting and training sessions. Tom is responsible for marketing and sales. Both handle service work whether it be claims processing or enrolling employees.
